"Had a bad feeling when I saw the box"
The box showed up crushed, and my first thought was that the lights were probably damaged. Luckily, they ended up being okay, but the packaging definitely looked rough...

"Shipping cost could be more upfront"
Not gonna lie, the order itself was totally fine, but I was a little annoyed that the shipping cost didn’t show up until later than I expected. It would be much better if they made that clearer before checkout. Not a huge deal, just kind of frustrating.

I was ready to be annoyed by the setup, but it was easy. The speakers sound really clear, and while I first thought they were too bulky, they're mostly just a little heavy to move around.

I had to reach out to djnowlighting.com support for help with a setup issue, it was a bit frustrating.
They did get back to me, but it took longer than I expected, and the responses felt generic. I also had to explain the same problem more than once, which made it feel like nobody was really taking ownership of the issue.
Everyone was polite, so I’ll give them that, but I still ended up figuring out most of it on my own. Not the worst experience, but if you need real technical help, it could definitely be better

My order had a delivery date listed, and it absolutely did not show up when they said it would. The tracking info also didn’t match what support told me, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. It messed up my plans, and I’m 100% not trusting their delivery estimates again.

The light I ordered feels really solid and works just like it should. My brother noticed it too and said it didn’t feel cheap at all. The packaging was fine, nothing was damaged, and I’ve used it a few times now without any issues. Overall, I’m happy with the quality.

I was shopping around for DJ lights and stands, and DJ Now Lighting actually had a decent range of stuff. Not just the main lights, but also cables, bags, and those little extras you always forget until the last minute.

I’ll admit I’m usually a little skeptical when a site makes everything sound overly perfect or salesy, so I just focused on digging through the actual products. The site itself could definitely be easier to sort and filter, but I was still able to find what I needed without getting too annoyed.

Overall, I’d give it 4 stars. The selection is solid and useful, but better filtering would make the whole thing a lot smoother.

I ordered from djnowlighting.com and I’ll give them credit, the shipping was quicker than I expected. I got the tracking info soon after ordering, and the box showed up earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise.

Everything was packed well and nothing arrived damaged, so no complaints there. That said, the overall ordering process felt a little basic and I would’ve liked a bit more communication along the way, but I’m still happy I didn’t have to wait long.
